SmartCommerce, Inc(GolfConnect App Service). ‘collects, uses and provides personal information based on consent’ and clearly states ‘users’ rights’.

5. Deletion of personal information

6. Others
GolfConnect protects your rights.
Users can view or modify their personal information at any time, withdraw consent to collection, use, and provision, or request cancellation of membership.

For children under the age of 14, the legal representative is guaranteed the right to view, edit, delete, suspend processing, and withdraw consent to collection, use, and provision of the child's personal information.
