GolfConnect may provide updated versions of software required for the Service to provide better GolfConnect Service. Updates to the software may include adding important features, fixing bugs, or removing unnecessary features. You are free to use GolfConnect services, and GolfConnect's goal is to help you meet better golf friends by using GolfConnect services. However, please remember that you cannot use GolfConnect services in the wrong way.

For example, you may not interfere with the provision of the GolfConnect Services in a wrong manner or access the GolfConnect Services using any method other than that provided by GolfConnect. Additionally, unauthorized collection, use, or provision of information of other GolfConnect service users to others, sending advertising information against the recipient's express intention to opt out of receiving it or without the recipient's explicit consent, or using the GolfConnect service for commercial purposes. Please understand that using, sending or posting information that is obscene, infringes copyright, or posts false information about GolfConnect or third parties is also prohibited. And copying, modifying, distributing, selling, transferring, renting, providing as collateral, or allowing others to use the GolfConnect service or any part of the software included therein without the consent of GolfConnect, and reverse engineering the software or attempting to extract the source code. If there is a report between users within some services that provide friend viewing and conversation functions with friends, GolfConnect may save and store the conversation information of the reported user, and this information is retained only by the company. GolfConnect may view this information only for the purpose of resolving disputes between users and handling complaints, and third parties may view this information only if authorized by law. For the purpose of preventing and managing illegal use, GolfConnect stores the information for 3 years from the time a report is received and then destroys it. If you do not comply with relevant laws or any of GolfConnect's terms or policies, GolfConnect may investigate your violation, delete or temporarily delete the relevant posting, or temporarily or permanently suspend your use of the GolfConnect service. You (including the legal representative of users under the age of 14) may reserve your consent to the use of personal location information related to the GolfConnect service, the purpose of provision, the scope of recipients, and some of the location-based services, or You may withdraw all or part of your consent to use and provision, and may request temporary suspension. GolfConnect stores personal location information and data confirming the use and provision of location information for more than six months in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, etc., and if you withdraw all or part of your consent, GolfConnect will retain the withdrawn portion.
